Vintage Miniature Ceramic Chicken - The Tiniest Chicken in the Kitchen
There is nothing little to the really great in spirit. Charles Dickens
{HISTORY}
Where would we be without all the chickens in the kitchen? Our meals wouldn't taste as good, our breakfasts wouldn't be as nutritious, our farms wouldn't be as full of entertaining views if chickens were not a part of our daily life.
This mini chicken just might be the cutest of them all. Traveling from another decade a long time ago, this little lady is just under 2" inches tall and features detailed feather markings and a quizzical little turn of her head. That expression means she is fully engaged with her surroundings and very interested in what you might be whipping up in your cook space.
She might be tiny in size, but don't let her stature fool you into thinking she'll just blend into the woodwork. She's got quite a little personality, this one does. Her favorite place to roost is on a surface like a cupboard, or a shelf, or a window sill where she can keep an eye on the food floating around the kitchen and give you ideas and opinions on what to cook next. Despite what most believe about bird brains, chickens are quite clever and our girl here is no exception. She is the most low-maintenance chicken you'll ever find.
