Bright with color,  this absolutely gorgeous large metal tray featuring bowls of ripe, red berries is just the thing to add dramatic color to your space and beauty to your table. 

Made for Keller Charles, a Philadelphia-based giftware company, it was manufactured in England with imagery reproduced by the Stephanie Hoppen Photo Archive, a London-based retail company that specialized in art-centric home goods.

Featuring a pianting by the artist Galley, this tray is reminiscent of Florentine art, with its curved edges, gold detailing, and dramatic old-world imagery.  The still life features exquisitely detailed antique blue and white ceramic bowls of varying sizes with bunches of strawberries, gooseberries, cherries, cranberries (or possibly pomegranate seeds) and raspberries. 

Although Keller Charles is no longer in business, their rays have remained popular decorator's pieces and are a beautiful way to add instant art and interest to your walls, coffee tables and lounge chairs in addition to moonlighting as a fully functional serving tray too.

{CONDITION}

In wonderful vintage condition this contains no rust or significant scratches, spots or stains. The colors are all crisp and bright and the tray tray very reflective and bright. When held at an angle you can see a very, very light tarnish spot with a faint water ring in the area above the raspberry pot, but when viewed from the front this is not visible at all. It's so difficult to see this, that it was impossible to capture in a photograph. for more detailed images of the tray and this one flaw.
