{HISTORY}

Gardenias are one of the most romantic and aromatic flowers in the nighttime garden, so it's no surprise that they would also be the subject of an enchanting dinner plate as well. This rare vintage charmer was made by Arcadian Fine China sometime between the 1950s and 1960s in their Prestige shape.

Featuring a wide deep-emerald band, gold edging, and a blousy bouquet of three magnolia flowers, this plate with its green, white, and gold color palette adds an elegant statement to any summertime table. {CONDITION}

In lovely vintage condition. There are some light utensil marks on one of the leaves in the bouquet and in two spots on the grand band. The marks on the green band are ever so light and just slightly noticeable. Thankfully the beauty of the bouquet and the shiny gold inner and outer rim really detract the eye from these very minor flaws, which were so light they were difficult to photograph. The plate itself contains no chips or cracks and is in bright and shiny condition.
