Vintage Embroidered Teapot Tea Towel
Some people will tell you there is a great deal of poetry and fine sentiment in a chest of tea. Ralph Waldo Emerson
{HISTORY}
Hand-stitched on heavy cotton, this bright and colorful vintage tea towel is so beautifully executed, you'll want it to be tea-time every minute of the day, just so you can pull out this pretty towel.
With intricate stitches that add shadows and dimension to the teapot, sugar bowl, and shakers, the more you look at this embroidered scene, the more you'll see the sewer behind the stitchwork. Careful attention was applied to the placement of each thread so that one thread, one color, one row evenly and energetically contributes to the overall image of this cheerful vignette. Floating flowers and an embroidered trim along one edge add extra flourish.
