Vintage Embroidered Cherries Tablecloth 35x36
Cherries came to the United States shortly after the arrival of Christopher Columbus. Today, cherries grown in America account for 1/3rd of the global marketplace.
{HISTORY}
There is something really fun about the fact that the word cherry is so closely related to the word cheery, don't you think?!
That's exactly what this vintage square tablecloth represents. Hand embroidered in Germany with a ring of 16 floating cherries along the outer edges, this cotton cloth was made for all sorts of entertainment purposes.
Putting the fun in food, it's an ideal size for kitchen, dessert, and game tables or can be incorporated into your picnic blanket collection. If you are of the crafty sewing sort you may even imagine repurposing it as a cafe curtain, apron, or other functional kitchen linen.
Possibilities await when you have a bunch of cheery cherries on hand!
