Vintage Croscill English Garden Tablecloth circa 1970s-1990s - 82x61 Size
{HISTORY}
First introduced in the 1970s, Croscill's English Garden pattern was a runaway hit when it came to home textiles. Featuring big, lush bouquets of tulips, morning glories, roses, ranunculus, crepe myrtles, and a flurry of other delightful cottage flowers, this pattern was inspired by antique English botanical art and was a favorite among Croscill shoppers for two decades.
In bloom on bed sheets, comforters, bedspreads, curtains, pillow shams, shower curtains, and table linens it was possible to wrap up your coziest of spaces entirely in the English Garden pattern thanks to Croscill's extensive product line.
The kitchen was no exception. When it came to the dining table, the garden bloomed underneath all the cups and plates and serving dishes too, making each meal feel like an escape to the English countryside no matter what the season.
So pretty for indoor or outdoor use, this cotton tablecloth is sized at 82" inches (length) x 61" inches (width) making it a perfect cover for long farm tables. Here in The Vintage Kitchen, we also love to use vintage tablecloths as picnic blankets too since their large size, light weight, and washable nature make them a convenient and pretty choice for eating and entertaining in the wild.
