{HISTORY}

Protecting tabletops for decades, these vintage bird coasters have flown in from the 1960s to add a bit of colorful cheer to beverage time.  

Featuring a pair of love birds (possibly finches?) sitting pretty on blooming branches, this vintage set of six coasters comes packaged inside its original sturdy wooden box.  

Lined with cork on the back, each coaster is smooth and shiny on the front offering the ability to easily wipe them clean before storing them back in their box. Very well taken care of during their 50+ years of life, this set looks practically brand new. Colors include pale mint, turquoise, salmon pink, ice pink, crimson, chocolate, black, slate, lime green, beige, taupe, almond, asparagus and white. 

Easy to care for and colorful to display, we can't sing the praises enough of a pretty coaster. Like a mini work of art, they add instant interest to a table while also moonlighting as a fully functional protector of wood grains and the wet and weepy glasses that can ruin them.

{CONDITION}

In beautiful vintage condition. The coasters themselves are clean and bright on both the back and front of each. The cover image on the box features a little bit of sun-fading, but the box itself is in strong and sturdy condition. The hinged lid on the box operates smoothly and opens and closes easily.  The pull ribbon is securely attached to the box and is clean and fray-free. Please see photos.

The box measures 4.75" inches x 4.75" inches " inches x 1.75" inches. Each coaster measures 3.75" inches x 3.75" inches. The box and the coasters weigh a total of 11 oz.
