Vintage 1950's Snow Drop Mints Tin - E.G. Whitman & Co Philadephia - 6oz Size
Mints that melt in your mouth. Snow white, fresh and creamy, they're perfect for an after-dinner taste treat. (1948 Marketing Campaign, E.G. Whitman & Co.)
{HISTORY}
Fresh from the 1950's, this bright and cheery watermelon green Snow Drop Mints tin originally housed after-dinner mints made by E.G. Whitman & Company in Philadelphia. Popular during the 1940's and 1950's, snowdrop mints were made with just three ingredients - sugar, peppermint oil and cream of tartar. Packaged in a jaunty little tin with floating mints this canister has lost none of its appeal 60 years later. Now they make charming petite storage containers for your kitchen odds and ends.
