1920s Bavarian Porcelain Bowl - Yellow Rose Pattern - Made in Germany, PK Unity
Life is the flower for which love is the honey. Victor Hugo
{HISTORY}
This vintage 1920's PK Unity porcelain serving bowl comes from the green forested land of Thuringia, Germany. Pk stands for Porzellanfabrik Kahla, a porcelain manufacturer in the town of Kahla who exported many pieces to the U.S. during the mid-1920's to early 1930's. This beautiful bowl could have found its way to America just in time for all the fun of the Roaring 20's or it could have stayed behind in Germany and been witness to major world history during the 1930's and 1940's. Either way, this lady was well-taken care of. The exquisitely detailed floral bouquet of yellow roses represents friendship and joy so she comes along with lots positivity and good cheer to fill your space.
