{HISTORY}

Sized at an interesting 9" inches x 12" inches, this trio of vintage embroidered linens most likely worked in the kitchen as cloth liners for snack trays and passable party platters. Even though those are pretty specific tasks,  their unique size and shape doesn't necessarily mean they have to stick to the serving world these days. 

Featuring clustered flower stalks, green leaves, and blue polka dots, these three matchers are edged in flowers and scallops and possibilities.  

In addition to their original intent, they also make great napkins, bar towels, table bunting, display cloths, and, if you are of the crafty sort, components to reimagined sewing projects like chair cushion covers, pillows for the breakfast nook or detailing for aprons and curtains. Sometimes too, it's just handy to have some additional cloths of varying sizes on hand for layered tablescape styling and food presentation. The colors in this batch favor baked goods and springtime holidays!
