{HISTORY}
Winnie the Pooh made bears and honey synonymous but long before there ever was that perfect match, there was the perfectly pretty pottery produced in Holland known as Delft Blue. Since the 1700's, pottery produced in this section of the world as been enchanting ceramic lovers with their stunning designs of handpainted blue imagery on white pottery. This petite honey jar was made in the 1980's and features the D.A.I.C. mark on the bottom with the iconic windmill inside a large D. Loosely known as the teddy bear pattern, this collection also contained mugs, candlestick holders, and various small jars (possibly for snacks) making it an ideal set for tea time, coffee breaks and snack time or even hot chocolate on a snowy winter's day. The honey jar though is really effortless though, transitioning between seasons with absolute ease. As Winnie the Pooh will you... it's always a nice time for honey.
