The Three Little Bunnies - 1960's Rand McNally Elf Book - Ruth Dixon Dale Rooks Children's Book
" He's the littlest one here, but he had the biggest adventure of all..."
{HISTORY}
Meet the three little bunnies, Hippy, Hoppy and Maximilian! As all brothers and sisters do, each of these bunnies has their own personality, but Maximilian is the star of this show. He gets himself involved in an adventure that separates him from his family. Will he ever find his way back to them? You'll have to read it to find out!
Published in 1962, this story was written by Ruth Dixon for the Rand McNally Elf Book Series. It contains photographs by Dale Rooks, a well known American photographer in the 1940's and 1950's. Specifically skilled in special effects photography, he patiently dressed and posed live rabbits to visually tell the story of The Three Little Bunnies. Cute, colorful and creative, this is a marvelous storybook for springtime and the Easter holiday. Kids will love the bright and bold bunnies and parents will appreciate the strong theme of family ties and connection.
