In well loved vintage condition. This book bears some chippiness to the spine and edges of coverboard. The back coverboard is pulling away from the spine  exposing the cloth binding (please see photos) but the book itself is completely intact. There are some slight strains on a few random pages (nothing that affects the readability of the story). Previous owner's name and 1956 date written in pen on the inside endpaper.
