In this book, nothing is ever dull and the recipes are written out in paragraph form inviting readers into the story he's telling.  If you ever regretted not meeting the magnanimous James Beard in real life, than this is your next best opportunity to get to know the big guy himself.

{CONDITION}

In good vintage condition, this book is clean and bright throughout with no markings  but does contain some foxing along the foredge and on the first few pages at the front and back of the book. The spine is tight. All pages are intact. The dust jacket is in one piece with no rips or tears. there is one small water stain on the back top edge of the dust jacket.  Please see photos.
