Flying into the shop all the way from Hong Kong, this mini vintage metal tray features a pretty pair of sparrows perched on the branches of flowering fruit trees. 

With a terracotta color palette and a botanical theme, this tray is just as lovely for decorating purposes as it is for use as a serviceable tray. 

Manufactured in Hong Kong between the 1950s and 1970s, small trays like this one offered lots of personality when it came to function and display. Available in a wide range of sizes, colors, and designs, they not only served as lovely souvenirs for travelers to the Far East but they also became popular import items for the midcentury home decorator interested in curating an international aesthetic.

Petite in size, this tray offers all sorts of fun possibilities these days. {CONDITION}

In beautiful vintage condition, this tray is clean and bright with crisp imagery and vibrant colors. There are a few very small, very light scuff marks on the corners of the cream-colored section of the tray. Please see photos.
