Topped with a colorful fruit pattern, this bright white porcelain cake stand brings a bit of botanical beauty to the kitchen and the table via the Middle East.

Made by Naaman, the oldest porcelain pottery in Israel, this cake plate features plums, grapes, raspberries, and cherries in a gorgeous array of shades that range from lavender to mint.

Apart from its classic shape, what is especially lovely about this serving piece is that the fruit pattern is not only featured predominantly in the center of the plate but around the rim as well, adding an extra dose of visual appeal to whatever you are serving. That vibrant color at the edge is just lovely for adding visual interest to monotone desserts while also offering a complimentary palette for fruit-themed baked goods. 

A buttercream frosted layer cake, a batch of blueberry scones, stacks of chocolate fudge brownies, a raspberry tart, a blackberry pie... all will look stunning when displayed on this cake plate. 

Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Rosh Haayin, Israel, Naaman Porcelain Ltd is a large producer of kitchenware, home decor, and giftware.  Although we suspect this cake plate dates to about the 1980s, we don't know exactly when this fruit pattern was produced but we do know that it came in a wide range of serving pieces including plates, bowls, cups, platters, and coasters.

{CONDITION}

In beautiful vintage condition, this cake stand contains no chips, cracks, spots, or stains. The fruit motif is beautifully crisp and clear and the colors are vibrant.
