If you ever imagined what apartment life was like in the 1930's, it would look like this. At least in the dishware department. Meet the penthouse pattern made by Edwin Knowles China Company in the 1930's.

This pattern features a collection of pretty flowers pots sitting on a terraced plant stand and contains a unique art deco style swirly flourish in the plate. Mod, stylish and charming, this Yorktown pattern is an unusual artistic pattern that is functional (thanks to built-in handles due to the design) and cheerful in personality.
