 A rarity in the world of turkey platter molds, with its wavy edges and rectangular shape, this platter was made for do-it-yourself painters. Bonnie must have been a purist at heart, bravely making the big decision to leave her turkey platter blank, unadorned and without a hint of paint or color.  Who needs such flamboyance when your subject is a turkey as handsome as this one?! Perhaps a decorator herself, Bonnie did everyone a big favor. - The maker of the pottery mold blank from which this platter was created is so rare it has yet to be identified. That means this charmer comes with a little bit of a mysterious past - a blank (pun intended!) slate for your imaginative storytelling!

{CONDITION}

No cracks or crazing marks. Creamy white color. No stains. There are six small chips on the rim (most likely caused from a wall hanger) but none affect the overall integrity or function of the platter. The largest chip is .75" inches in length. The rest measure less than .25" inches in length.  Please see photos.

Measures 14.75" inches (length) x 11.25" inches (width) x 1.25" inches (height) and weighs just under 4lbs.
