Although there is not much information on the history of the backstamp, it is believed to have been used by many different factories as a mark of elite design and craftsmanship that would appeal to luxury buyers in the export market. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSized at 16\" inches in length and 11\" inches in width, this platter is ideal for year round use  and would be especially pretty during the holiday season.
