{HISTORY}

Flowers bloom all year round thanks to this petite frosted vase. With its sunny yellow roses, this is just the type of vintage decor that adds warmth and cheer to any room. Its small size lends itself to display practically anywhere. Tuck it on a shelf, on a window sill or on the ledge on the back of your stove and watch this little delight instantly add a mighty dose of farmhouse charm to your kitchen. 

Unmarked as to maker or manufacturer with the exception of the lone number 70 on the bottom, it's tough to tell who made this little lady,  as she's a bit of rarity these days.  The only similar vase we know of is one that came in a matching set of four and included another type of flower. Those vases were found in Australia so perhaps this vase traveled to the U.S. from the Land Down Under. And the number 70 might be associated with the year it was made - 1970. 

Frosted vases are especially lovely if you like to root herbs from clippings since sometimes the roots can take on a beige color when water-bound. The frosted glass creates a little smoke and mirrors effect allowing just the beauty escaping from the top to show, while also letting plenty of light in to help those roots grow.

In lovely vintage condition. No chips or cracks Frosting bears a little speckling due to age. Floral imagery is crisp, clear and bright.
