{CONDITION}

In lovely vintage condition, this booklet is in clean and bright condition.  There are no coking spots or stains or markings of any kind. A marvel given the fact that it is almost 80 years old! The seam holding the front and back cover together in the spine area has come apart at the top section - measuring a 1/12" inch tear near the top staple. But the booklet itself is in very good condition and this tear does not affect the interior pages nor the ability to flip through the pages in any way as every page is still firmly attached via the staples.
