In 1933, this was how you made all the Good Things to Eat using Arm & Hammer Baking Soda! This mini but very mighty booklet of recipes was no hastily put together, fly-by-night cooking guide - it was Arm & Hammer’s 104th (!) edition of published baking recipes created and approved by their Test Kitchen.

Within these 32 pages, you'll find a treasure trove of 1930s era recipes for breads, waffles, cakes, frosting, cookies and desserts. There are some traditional standbys like breakfast muffins, strawberry shortcake, and baking powder biscuits, but also some unusual recipes with a touch of heirloom charm... Honey Boys, Mahogany Cake, Spider Spoon Bread, Icebox Cookies, Orange Butter Frosting, Southern Waffles, Thanksgiving Steamed Pudding, and Shubert Tea Bread to name a few.

A cooking staple since the 1800s, Arm & Hammer was started in the kitchen of two brothers-in-law in 1846. Fast forward, 175 years later and they are now one of the oldest, longest-running, most trusted brands in America today.
