{HISTORY}

Boasting all the pretty colors of sunset skies on winter days, this pair of vintage bone china cups and saucers was made in England during the mid-20th century. Featuring pale pink roses with a coral center in a bouquet accompanied by branches of mustard and espresso-colored leaves, teal flowers, and feathery beige grass fronds, this is the perfect color palette to add cheer to kitchen from fall to winter to the early days of the spring thaw. 

Although unmarked as far as maker, there were a few different English potteries that featured this pattern including Royal Grafton, Gibsons, and Royal Albert. Which one these belonged to is uncertain, but what they lack in specificity to maker, they more than make up for in their bright and beautiful bouquet of colors.

Gold handles and gold trim around the rims of the cups and saucers add a final flourish to this graceful shape and elegant pattern.

In beautiful vintage condition, this pair of contain no chips, cracks, spots or stains. The gold detailing is bright and shimmery.

Each cup measures 3" inches (height) x 3.5" inches (diameter). each saucer measures 5.5" inches (diameter) and each cup and saucer set weighs 10 oz.
