Unmarked as to maker or date of manufacture, we suspect that this might be a Homer Laughlin platter due to its similar Hudson style shape and beautiful floral transferware. 

Bright, shiny and classic with its gold edge, ruffled rim and embossed detailing, this platter's delicate appearance is stunning for both wall decor and table service.
