Guaranteed to pop. That was the slogan for Jolly Time popcorn in the 1920's.  Today, this vintage popcorn seasoning tin is guaranteed to pop too. In your decor.  

For over 100 years, Jolly Time Popcorn has been fueling the fun of snack time.  As the only brand under the American Pop Corn Company, Jolly Time was founded in Sioux City, Iowa in 1914 by Cloide H. Smith (also the inventor of Corn Husker's Hand Lotion). 

An indelible favorite once it hit the consumer market, Jolly Time quickly surpassed all of its competitors due to its high-quality corn kernels and innovative storage systems. Now known as the oldest popcorn brand in the country Jolly Time is still a family run business and still enchanting popcorn lovers around the world. This vintage tin is not only a cheery piece of Americana but also a shining example of an entrepreneurial success story. 

Made in 1948, this vintage tin will celebrate its 70th birth next year!

Tight fitting lid and sturdy, fully functioning handles. Some rusty patches and scratches, as would be expected due to age. No holes.
